To be honest. I usually say they are equal, but Sasuke can maneuver through the TBBRS easily without trying to clash with it. What is left for Naruto to then when Sasuke is in his face????

No one is teaming up with anyone here. My point is that Madara's PS cannot be destroyed by a merely TTB the size of his foot, unlike Sasuke's susano which would be obliterated instantly.

They are to different things. Proof? Minato was hit with it and lost his arm for ever. Hiruzen upper body was turned into dust and yet his edo body healed. Reasons why? Because it didn't become Omyoudon/Truth seeking orbs until Obito gained consciousness.
Also Sasuke Susanoo sword only broke it because Obito soul and will power was weakened when he thought how his life would have been if he was never a bad guy. The Nonuboku blades power comes from the opponents will to fight/soul.
