It was said by Madara that they are destined to fight, the draw down the line of battles between the two clans. (Even though Naruto isn't Senju)
If Sasuke does get the Juubi im sure that Madara would then turn to the other side or some random twist will happen, the ending wont be them all dying. (I hope not...)
