Sasuke's Plan Prediction.

So, it's been awhile since I posted on the forums, mainly because I got drove out by the idiotic part of the community.

But, this chapter was drop-dead amazing, no one can disagree with that. I've got my theory on what Sasuke is up to.

Now this all depends on whether or not Sasuke is together with Orochimaru with whatever he's planning. If their plans aren't separate, then half of this could be garbage.

Sasuke plans to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki. Yes, a lot of people have already predicted that part already, but really, think about it everyone. Why else would he team up with the Shinobi Alliance if he still had evil intentions? Simple, he couldn't defeat the Juubi on his own, he needed everyone's help.

After he absorbs the Juubi, he would now be literally on par with or just a bit under the SO6P. Absorbing the Ten-Tails is what gave the Sage his powers, and absorbing the full-form would give Sasuke respectfully the same gift. Sasuke now has the power of a god, and the entire Shinobi alliance standing right in front of him. He made it clear that he never wanted what happened to the Uchiha to happen to any clan ever again. The solution?

Sasuke plans to eliminate the Shinobi system standing right in front of him and through the power of the Juubi, reforge the world and the Shinobi system the way he thinks is right.

Now, another thing to note; the final battle between Sasuke and Naruto is DESTINED to happen. Sasuke HAS to be against him in order for this to happen. And at the end of EVERY story, the hero is always pitted against the final villain by himself, it makes for massive suspense and appeals to a massive audience. Kishimoto plans to fuel this through Sasuke's motive, and Naruto is going to be forced to kill him. There's always a massive twist towards the end that throws the hero into a desperate situation, how Orochimaru fits into this I still have no clue.

Maybe Sasuke WANTS Orochimaru to absorb him after he has absorbed the Juubi? What does Orochimaru's interest in Tsunade have to do with it? I'm really not sure, hopefully we can figure out next chapter! :3

I was guessing maybe orochimaru takes control of the 2nd 3rd and 4th hokage(as he did on 2nd earlirr) and hence use them to furthe sasukes plan or motives(to maybe destroy the alliance)...and he might be interested in tsunade so that she could heal him but I somehow dont thnik thats significant hemaybe just wants to point out tsunades sliced out condition

Honestly, your thread is garbage. Kishimoto does not foreshadow things for no reason, he's not going to bring something as important as Sasuke's alignment up without acting on it. Everything in your theory was pretty much saying; NOPE, this means nothing, that means nothing. Without giving any real reason why.

Sasuke DOES have ulterior motives behind this, the Narutoverse is very infamous for the amount of foreshadowing it has and I have no doubt that's the case. I'm not saying this is 100% going to happen, it's a prediction after all. But it's a LOT more likely then everything that just happened meaning absolutely nothing.

It's a pleasure to see threads like this. I joined at the beginning of the year and since then it's been a headache trying to post in any thread with all the illogical replies and over-the-top fanboying.

Once again this plot is reminding me of my fav RPG games, it seems like the most logical way for Sasuke to go. Part of me wanted a happy Team 7 reunion, but when it comes to Sasuke, it's pretty hard to place the word "happy" in a sentence involving him.

Sasuke doesn't even knew about the Juubi when he talked with the Hokages, so no, he doesn't have any bad plans.

I was reading the chapter again and I think Sasuke might intend to kill the Kages like he planned before, that way he can rule alone. Right after Sai questioned his goal, Sakura's expression looked like realization and then Orochimaru shows up at Tsunde's side.

If we look at it in a positive light, Sasuke is going to bring the Kages into battle too, but Sakura's face says differently.

It's entirely possible, but I kind of hope it doesn't happen... which considering my luck, that's exactly what's going to happen! -facepalm-

If sasuke did become the ten-tail Jinchuuriki, then the brief bonds Naruto made with the tailed beasts could be the key to winning their final showdown. Maybe, in the end, they will reject Sasuke and go to Naruto?

So if Sasuke absorbs the Juubi and becomes on the same level as the SOT6P then Naruto cannot stand a chance against him.. Sasuke will not be the host because he will be too OP for anyone..
Well technically Naruto is already a host.
