Well that all goes back to Kaguya eating the fruit in the first place and passing down chakra, had she not ate the fruit then no Bijuus and no ninjas. The Senjus didn't have control over Bijuus, that was an ability Hashirama had, he had Bijuus 2-9 and gave all but Kurama to other villages in order to try and create peace by not making any village feel like the other villages have more power and might attack them. Bijuus are living mass of chakra, living creatures that only wanted to be left alone. It was humans that bugged them so why should the Bijuus be the ones to pay? Get rid of humans and boom no conflict in their world. Humans are destined to destroy themselves, that's a real life truth as well and it's something both Madara and the Sage said in the war arc.

Madara was planning on doing something about the humans not the Bijuus, he only used the Bijuus. Kaguya wanted to take back all of the chakra and Madara already said people use chakra to fight when it was a mean to connect to others but s they do is fight. So what makes what Sasuke is doing any different? Just because he's blaming the Bijuus and Kages? He still want to destroy the world and rebuild it in his image.

I know but after Hashirama defeated Madara he should have saw that the Biju was a Liability to peace.

If I were a world ruler in NV and figured out that the Evil can control and use the Biju offensively I would destroy the Biju to prevent any chance of letting The Evil get their hands on that power.

Think of it like this, if there were a million people like Sasuke, everybody would try to be at the top and create change through power. meaning "bye bye, world". If there were a million people who went after ideals similar to Naruto's, the world would definitely be a better place.

What happens when this " holier than thou" dictator Sasuke dies and the next successor is an eccentric power hungry man who imposes his desires or what happens when people don't agree with him or accept , will Sasuke kill them all.

The Shinobi world was changing, they came together for the first time, the next logical step would be establishment of a democratic system so than unfairness reduces. If someone believes that a single person can remove everything which is wrong, bring a magical wand and remove all prejudices and unfairness, then he is being puerile nothing else.

The only way to solve NV's problem was to bring people together and establish a democracy, in which people will take decisions not an individual.

Realistically, if there was someone who is doing what Sasuke is doing, they would become withdrawn from everyone else/paranoid, and very psychotic. No one man should have all that power. Wait... Sasuke has all of those traits.

If anything, then the flows in the system are people like Kaguya, Madara and Sasuke, who misuse their powers. Because they use it against the people's will.

Anyway I also proposed in a thread that maybe chakra itself should be given back to the Shinju- yeah people would still fight but there wouldnt be godly ninjas who can take over the world.
I don't mind "erasing flows". The problem is that Sasuke is alone trying to decide what's right and wrong. There should be negotiations about it. I also say that the ninja system as it is now, is pointless- but let the people decide that through reasoning and consensus, not by force. Also, if Naruto could manage to connect people with ninshuu, and he could hand it down to the next generations, that would be a better solution.
