How come Hagoromo only gave him one Rinnegan?

I have a few theories.

1. It's Indra's ultimate doujutsu evolution that Madara never achieved as opposed to Hashirama who obtained ultimate senjutsu and mokuton.

2. He made it this way so that Sasuke's MS techniques would remain and not be erased.

3. He made it more efficient for his chakra reserves and reduced the risk of losing one eye and the six paths as a whole.

4. Kishimoto just wanted a new design. Lols.

Yeah, Sasuke had sharinnegan, but still got S/T related techniques that is rinnegan swap and short range teleportation.

Pretty sure Limbo is Madaras Rinnegan technique alone like Sasuke is the only one shown using Rinnegan genjutsu excluding IT
