Sasuke's new sharingan.

OK the first thing i would want to point out is that this sharingan has three parts not six. Many ppl think its six but its actually 3 parts overlapping each other. I also think that this isnt mangekyo or EMS. I think its just the next form of sharingan that is after the 3 tomoe one. He mightve found a way to obtain this new one. What do u guys think?

im not sure if its ems or pms
but i think he can use all the ms jutsu now.. because itachi implanted amaterasu and other jutsu into him
but not sure if he can use it perfectly or not
