A Senjutsu Enhanced Susano'o Arrow from a Bijuu-Sized V3 Susano'o had similar power compared to a Standard Bijuudama from BSM Naruto. Since that's a Susano'o Arrow from a miniature Susano'o, it shouldn't have the fire power needed to stalemate a Bijuudama.

TSB have its own weakness especially against Senjutsu attack.

Example:-

It can be break if the attack had enough power to break it and supported with Senjutsu chakra. Like in the picture, bcus Madara is senjutsu user, TSB get weaken in defensive capability bcus of Senjutsu on Madara's body plus the strength and force of Guy's evening elephant punch.

It coudnt negate Senjutsu base aspects easily.
