Lol you should know that kishi had to nerf that move to make it easier on Sasuke. And not to mention Naruto's bijuu chakra was running super low. Bijuu chakra/Six Paths is what maintains TSB. Without it Naruto wouldnt be able to use it as he literally has no special power in base

Naruto could have easily side stepped those Arrows instead of cancelling them and waisting his TSB.

Back against madara he made them into TSB Rasenshurikens, and they all reappeared against Kaguya.

After Kaguya fight, against Sasuke they weakened and didnt reappear at all becuz his bijuu chakra was literally damn near gone as stated by Sasuke who SEES chakra. Mind you Naruto was still in bijuu form when Sasuke said this.
