can sasuke only use his karin when there is real phyical lighting

For Sasuke to be able to use Kirin.....the battle area has to have a DRAMATIC tempature change......like say I use my Snow Storm jutsu and someone uses a POWERFUL fire jutsu......thus making the tempature Dramatically change causing a thunderstorm........and there u have it.....he can use Kirin......


Yes there r other ways to change the temp. of the area I was just using mine as an example..

no u dont need 2 be out of chakra..
in the manga did that 2 show u it can be used even if u dont have chakra..
but sasuke can use it anytime
if u remember the first time sasuke and naruto meet in shippuden..after he jumped up and he was going 2 use seals and he rised up his hand but orouchimaru catched it.. he was going 2 use karin

i think u wud be able to do it without real lightning & bead weather, but u wud need a incredible amount of chakra e.g. naruto. But i think i wud put an imense amount of strain on the body like futin rasen shuriken

I can see Kirin being preventable, if not blockable, by dispersing the bad weather using a powerful enough wind jutsu.

kirin is simple technique : you heat the sky , then there comes a rain with lightings , then you accumulate blast and direct it to your victim , so all other lightings will hit there too - instantly , and then it's over .


answer to your question is no , cuz there is not enought blast

Its sasuke strongest teqnique so I dont think its easy to do
