Proof of it being inside his body? There's a difference between Bijuu's, DNA and regular shinobi chakra. Bijuu chakra regenerates within the Jinchuriki body since Bijuu's are chakra entities in the first place, DNA isn't even in the same category as chakra, chakra transmission doesn't regenerate in the body, otherwise all of SA would have a portion of Kyuubi, Naruto and Minato's chakra's, but that's not the case until you can prove otherwise. It only happened back then when the Kyuubi cloak was present, now you have to prove to me the Kyuubi's chakra is still somehow present.

so what can those jutsus do against Sasuke's attack?

Note: Sasuke's chakra is linked to Minato's chakra from Obito's fight. So, if you think the barrier can teleport the attack assume it's gonna be redirected to Sasuke's PS via that chakra link.

All of those things get negged by Indra's arrow, with the exception of Minato's S/T barrier.

It desecrates all but maybe Minato's barrier since it's nature is to move an attack instead of block it. That is of course, unless it can detonate prematurely and strike all around it..

Just to make it clear, Indra Arrow is a piercing attack. That means after making contact with the target, it will only pierce them. Unlike attacks that explode, the arrow will only pierce a specific point. So if it hit Shinsuusenju or PS, it will only pierce where ever Sasuke aims at. The rest will survive as they didn't make contact with it. In other words, almost every technique in the list will still survive.​

Wtf? Once again, I repeat, prove that it is still present at this point. Katsuyu said it never disappeared completely, but that doesn't mean that it cannot disappear. So I will repeat myself once more, prove that it it still present to this point.

I can hit the diamond of the PS and technically kill Madara, thus negating the rest of the Susano. It pretty much pierces every defence listed here and kills the user behind it. But if it where to hit the structure without the user, then you are correct, only a hole would be present (still means it didn't tank it).
