A Few Things Can Deal With That Arrow Such As Minato's S/T Barrier,Long Range Kamui & Kamui Shurikens Maybe...
@Some People Who Still Don't Know FTG's Mechanism...The Amount Of The Object's Chakra Has Nothing To Do With The Amount Of Chakra That Requires For Warping It...It's Only About The Size Of It...For Example Warping A Meteor Requires The Same Chakra As Warping A TBB With The Same Size & In This Case Meteor Has No Chakra While TBB Is A Huge Amount Of Chakra Itself But It Doesn't Matter...The Only Things That Matter Is The Size...Bigger Object Means You Need More Chakra That's All...The Amount Of Object's Chakra Is Irrelevant & Base Minato Warped Something As Big As Juubi's Strongest TBB Which I Believe Was Bigger Than Sasuke's Arrow...So Minato Has More Than Enough Chakra To Warp This Thing...However He May End Up Exhausted...

Obito is unhurt thanks to Onmyoudon shield, Edo Madara [infinite chakra+regeneration] got his Kanseitai Susanoo erased because of the blast and Edo Sennin Hashirama lost his Mokuton Golem which canonically is on par with PSS and his Sennin Mode.

So yeah they did survive the blast but Kasentai Susanoo and SM+Mokuton Golem were erased by the blast U_U
