they are made of natural energy. Preta can't absorb too much natural energy. Clearly he will be able to touch the spheres.

Nah, they are a power related to Senjutsu and the Tailed Beasts and that's Naruto's style.

Also they are spheres and all of Naruto's ninjutsu is sphere related.
