Sasuke does have tsyukyomi, you need both tsyukyomi and amateratsu to unlcok susano'o , he used it on bee and danzou. His though are not nearly as strong as itachis as his just alter time slightly while itahcis alter time tremendously.

I already covered all of your arguments in the thread unless you haven't read it. Show me evidence to prove you are correct as my thread is full of evidence.

Itachi was using Tsukuyomi the whole time on sasuke yet the world was not inverted. So colours alone are not enough evidence to say sasuke has Tsukuyomi.
You didn't get the point.

Show me anyone using a regular genjutsu where inverted colors are used.
the fact that kishi uses inverted colors only when tsukiyomi is used is enough to tell that sasuke have tsukiyomi .
Also get your manga facts straight, it was itachi regular crow genutsu which he usually uses and it wasn't tsukiyomi.

This is tsukiyomi :

And this is sasuke breaking through it:

Get my manga facts right?
The Tsukuyomi starts here when Itachis left mangyekou the same one that he uses for tsukuyomi is shown.

All this occurs in tsukuyomi.

Here sasuke begins to break the tsukuyomi.

And finally zetsu completes the story.

As you can from zetsus comment on the short amount of time that passed shows that all that happened since that first instance in my first link occurred in tsukuyomi. That's why it ended quickly. Try to understand the only difference between tsukuyomi and other sharingan genjutsu is it's ability to control time. Just as kotoamatsukamis main difference is its ability to control an opponent without their knowledge.

Look up susanoo. It states that its a third ability granted to those ms users who have unlocked tsukyuomi and amaterasu and only those two jutsus.

I see what your saying but Sasuke just isn't proficient as itachi is at tsukyuomi just like itachi isn't proficient as Sasuke is at amaterasu. He just can't control it as well as itachi but he still has it.
this.

sasuke has tsukyuomi... but it was/is inferior to itachi's, would had mastered it.

and it does say you need both tsukyomi and amatersu capabilites to unlock susanno the final MS power.

The same databook said susanoo had totsuka and yata mirror when we know only itachis susanoo has them.

You can't argue with evidence.

Sasuke has shown reletively good use of genjutsu in the series just accept that he dsen't have tsukuyomi. Madara only used genjutsu twice since he was summoned yet you say he is likely good at genjutsu.
How effective have the genjutsu been? They worked. Case and point. If I'm not mistaken, controlling the Kyuubi is through Genjutsu as well. Just like what Sasuke did with Manda.

My point is not whether sasuke has good genjutsu or not. I for one think he does. My point is that he dosen't have tsukuyomi. Just cause he dosen't have tsukuyomi dosen't mean he isn't good at genjutsu. This is not a sasuke bashing thread.

People say Sausage's genjutsu sucks because it isn't on Shitachi's level.Honestly his genjutsu gave him enough time to approach his enemey from behind and he even caught Danzo in a genjutsu which was the reason why he lost in the first place.Sausage proves that even though his gen is weaker than Shitachi's he can still use it as if its a powerful weapon(which it is since not many ninja can counter it).

How many years did he have his eyes? That's the issue. He had a lifetime to master it, and his goal is Infinite Tsukuyomi. That would involve genjutsu, would it not?
