i will only take on the tsukiyomi on bee since that is enough to prove that sasuke have tsukiyomi.

Here you can see sasuke using regular genjutsu on itachi while itachi uses tsukiyomi on sasuke.
It is very clear, when itachi used tsukiyomi on sasuke, the same black-white inverse color was observed but when we see sasuke's regular genjutsu, no such pattern was observed.
This means, kishi doesn't use inverse colour pattern on regular genjutsu and specifically uses this on tsukiyomi to differentiate it with other regular genjutsu as tsukiyomi is highest form of genjutsu.
Itachi was using Tsukuyomi the whole time on sasuke yet the world was not inverted. So colours alone are not enough evidence to say sasuke has Tsukuyomi.

I see what your saying but Sasuke just isn't proficient as itachi is at tsukyuomi just like itachi isn't proficient as Sasuke is at amaterasu. He just can't control it as well as itachi but he still has it.

1. Sasuke used Genjutsu on Bee,as he isn't shown activating MS, can't say that it is Tsukuyomi, but still debatable..
2. I don't think that to cast Infinite tsukuyomi you need Tsukuyomi, one user already created thread on it yesterday.When Madara told Obito about his plan he gave him demo, where he created other world using Genjutsu (Sharingan).
But still who knows probably Sasuke had never used this power before and it will come forth in Juubito fight??

There was no mention of tsukuyomi except Itachis because sasukes and itachis genjutsus are about the same what puts itachi in a class of his own is tsukuyomi.
we dont know if sasuke has tsukuyomi we will just have to wait
and any sasuke FAN not fanboy knows sasuke is a ninjutsu type because his genjutsu skills are somewhat poor

He also performed the same tsukuyomi feat Itachi did (during Kabuto fight) with normal sharingan genjutsu.

What proof do you have that sasuke has Itachis powers. They bothused genjutsu to free themselves from kabutos genjutsu it just so happened that itachi used tsukuyomi. When sasuke learns to maipulate time in a genjutsu that will be when he has accomplished what itachi accomplished.
