I have heard a lot of people on the base and other forums claiming sasuke has Tsukuyomi. I myself am not sure whether he has it or not as I am not kishimoto. But this is something we should debate on. Sasuke was hailed as a genius since his younger years. As he grew up he showed prowess in almost every field of jutsu; taijutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu and even some sealing jutsu. Now onto the issue of Tsukuyomi some members of the base think he dosen't have Tsukuyomi while some think he does. Now the usual excuse those that think he has it is that he doesn't use it because he is so bad at using tsukuyomi that's why he dosen't use it. And to me that's not sasuke because sasuke is very good at genjutsu as shown when he controlled manda and owned oro with genjutsu. What's so special about Tsukuyomi that he couldn't master it when he mastered amamterasu and susanoo. And if he does have it why dosen't he call out the name? does he hate the name Tsukuyomi? In defense people bring danzos comment and the killer B scene. Now the killer b scen shows this right

The first point is sasuke activated the mangyekou and the second point is he suffered pain from the genjutsu like itachi.

Now why I think this proof isn't solid is because sasuke also felt pain after using a three tomoe sharingan genjutsu against C

Sasuke also used mangyekou to genjutsu a zetsu. And obito said that he would have his eyes reflected on the moon to cast infinite tsukuyomi.

Does this mean he has Tsukuyomi too.

This concludes that the fact that sasuke has Tsukuyomi just because of the killer b scene is a mute point. The Danzo scene could be a misinterpretation although I am not sure.

Now this is an example to show it could be wrong If I have a Mac and you have a Dell computer. And somebody says your computer is nothing compared to my Mac. Dose that mean that you have a Mac?

One thing to consider from this is that this databook came out when itachi was the only user of susanoo. If you look at the page it also speaks about susanoo having the sacred weapons even though we know now that not all susanoos have those weapons and that infact itachi actually equiped the weapons himself. In otherwords the databook is outdated and it is a mute point if brought in an argument. Besides even sasuke debunks the claim.

One thing to understand is that I am not kishimoto so I cannot be 100% sure that sasuke dosen't have Tsukuyomi. But based on the evidence given in this thread I am leaning more towards Tsukuyomi not being in sasukes arsenal.

I would like to hear your comments with evidence without flaming because this is not a sasuke bashing thread. If you flame me, I will flame back and go inferno. Thoughts guys?

Whit his mangekyo he didint had it. i guess danzo stated this when they fought....but he ...may have it...trough ems ( itachi's eyes). i think if kishi still intends for a fight between naruto and sasuke, he will put obito/ akatsuki defeat on kages shoulders and keep the best for naruto sasuke fight. but who knows....

I think sasuke posess Tsukyomi. Sasuke himself know that he is more good at amaterasu than Tsukyomi. So sasuke not using it.

Why would he be good at amaterasu susanoo, other ninjutsu and genjutsu and not tsukuyomi? Is tsukuyomi tabuu for him?

She should have more abilities... she's the kind of kunoichi that doesn't show... I think she doesn't like to use Tsukiyomi as she likes to depends on her own strength. That, and she's not that proficient with it as her brother.

Whether or not he has Tsukuyomi is rather irrelevant. It's whether or not he can use it effectively or has total mastery over it (Which he does not, as illustrated in all his fights thus far.) He's a ninjutsu type, not a genjutsu type. Itachi and Shisui were genjutsu, Obito and Sasuke are ninjutsu. Although, Madara is likely both, just because he's a badass.

You can say he has it, or you can say he doesn't. Either way, it's going to suck ass compared to if Itachi or Shisui were using it. Same with Amaterasu. Again, Madara does not count xD

Lol with the she thing. Amatersu is a doujutsu,susanoo is a doujutsu. So sasuke shouldn't use them if their not his own strength.

Sasuke is ninjutsu type. Ninjutsu type ninja are good at ninjutsu than genjutusu. So his eyes to ninjutsu type.

Sasuke has shown reletively good use of genjutsu in the series just accept that he dsen't have tsukuyomi. Madara only used genjutsu twice since he was summoned yet you say he is likely good at genjutsu.

Just like the Kamui is an Obito-only technique
And just like the "insert name here" genjutsu technique of Shisui is only for him.

So I think sometimes a MS-jutsu runs in a certain family.

I think it is yet for us to see what Sasuke's own MS technique is. I also think Madara has another MS technique that is his own, maybe two! For we have only seen Susano'o so far.

When I said "you" I didn't mean you. sorry if you didn't understand I mean when a person wants to defend that sasuke has tsukuyomi they should bring evidence not just speculations.

Here you can see, kishi reversed white and black colors when this genjutsu was used .

Here you can see sasuke using regular genjutsu on itachi while itachi uses tsukiyomi on sasuke.

It is very clear, when itachi used tsukiyomi on sasuke, the same black-white inverse color was observed but when we see sasuke's regular genjutsu, no such pattern was observed.
This means, kishi doesn't use inverse colour pattern on regular genjutsu and specifically uses this on tsukiyomi to differentiate it with other regular genjutsu as tsukiyomi is highest form of genjutsu.
