he has. or else he wouldnt have met hagoromo. he met hagoromo through fusing ashura and indra chakra, while naruto met him by having 9 bijuu chakras inside him.

he has it from hashirama's cells given by kabuto, and the chakra naruto gave to SA. naruto didnt just share kurama's chakra remember, he also shared his chakra as the medium to connect everyone's chakra to kurama's. naruto has ashura chakra
