I think EMS gives to the user the abilty to use all MS techniques without losing eyesight, but it will unlock a new ability (because if not wy Madara would be so powerful???)

Sasuke EMS will help all his ocular powers like susanoo tyskumoi and amertarasu so all his powers will be at full strength and his jutsu will exceed itachi.

im sure all that EMS is going to do is allow him to use it with out losing sight. that is all. Sasuke still needs to learn to control everything, remember every time he got pissed is when he unlocked something or made a technique stronger. that rage is going to be his down fall against naruto
