Its a combination of Itachi's and his own.

I like it a lot. I thought it'd end up being some really elaborate looking design but it actually looks very simple. You can very clearly see both Sasuke's and Itachi's MS in it

I think he has one inverted of the other to continue Sasuke's complex eye patterns. The way I see it, the true EMS that Kishi wanted to show was this:

But since he was limited by Itachi's MS having only 3 tomoe, he did the next best thing which would be to have each eye represent half of it.

To me it looks bad compare to Madara's Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

How does it look bad? It looks fine to me. The EMS is just a combination of 2 MS, in this case Sasuke and Itachi. What else did you expect?

you could be right, but, if so, it would be the first time a left-eye sharingan was not the same as the matching right eye. that's why i am more inclined to believe that sasuke's eyes are now truly pinwheels, in constant rotation.

Naw there is no way Kishi would do that. I mean he broke a lot of MS and EMS rules today, or at least what we considered rules, but there is no way he made an eye with a pattern in constant rotation....sorry but aint gonna happen.

I think each eye holds it own respective power from the two brothers and that's why the EMS are opposite each other and Susano'o looks half and half

'Mirror wheel' is a more common translation and his right eye being a mirror image of his left makes a lot more sense than the tomoe in constant rotation.

Look closer to both Izuna's and Madara's Mangekyō Sharingan, when you combine the two it looks perfectly sketched and well designed while in Sasuke's designed of his Mangekyō Sharingan it looks like not so good from the very start and when you combine it with Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan its badly sketched and not well designed for me. Kishi should designed Sasuke's Mangekyō Sharingan appropriately matching Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan.

i think sasukes EMS are a big dissapointment,i expected them to look cooler but all that changed is that now they have itachis MS pattern in the middle:|

That's exactly what i said earlier is not perfectly sketch and not well designed.
