Sasuke's curse seal?

So it was supposedly removed when Itachi sealed Orochimaru in the Sasuke/Itachi fight. But now we see Oro is back. Does that mean Sasuke's seal will also return or is it gone? What do you guys think(obviously hypothetical unless Kishi is here in disguise and given some of the twists I wouldn't doubt he is )

Lets think about it when Orochimaru actually enters the battlefield. Its like he's on the way forever ! Lol.

It is gone. Orochimaru himself removed it by emerging through it.

No i think it was removed completely with no returning at this point it's redundant ..Besides Orochimaru stated it himself they are Taka not Hebi anymore..

Sasukes seal was removed from sasukes body, thats why kabuto needed anko so that he would have oros conciousness to put back into sasuke.

last time i checked manga fact sasuke has no curse seal.
