Sasuke's CT and Solo Glance

Canonically Sasuke used CT with his target as the epicenter after utilizing solo glance:

While I know 2 hand Sasuke is the new Healthy Itachi the question I have is what's stopping Sasuke from getting a 2nd hand to be a better support role for Naruto? Seems he is severely limiting himself

If Sasuke does that the he'll be too OP at the moment he maintains balance with Naruto. Besides he has Asura path to do the business if he needs another arm.

The whole artificial limb for jutsu seems very inconsistent in the manga.

Nagato never truly used artificial limb to perform another path ability or jutsu and Madara used Susanoo to perform his meteor jutsu but never used it for anything else.

When Sasuke gets his other arm back it will be an epic moment in anime history so they're just waiting for right moment for him to get it back to show that he's serious. He hasn't had a serious opponent yet that he needs two arms for so far

Not at all Sasuke has more than redeemed himself by now and repented for his sins. If he gets his other arm back it will be protect the people he cares about. Nothing wrong with that

The artificial limbs are a solid method Naruto used his one to form a rasengan as an example.

Nagato didn't use any other paths because he didn't really have a need for it. Madara showing the use of Susa for a jutsu shows it's possible. Madara never really had a need to use the paths or jutsu via Susa post the meteor. Anyway Sasuke can use 1 handed seals and one handed paths if necessary that includes CT.

Sasuke refused the implant of an arm because he felt that self-served punishment would be the perfect atonement for his sins, and he believed that losing his arm was some form of Karma. But Sasuke may have rethought that thinking process, and could very well ask whether the offer is still available, if the moment ever comes that he needs it. Although I have doubt he will ever get it back, since he will think of how that will hurt Naruto as that's his leverage over him.
