While I know 2 hand Sasuke is the new Healthy Itachi the question I have is what's stopping Sasuke from getting a 2nd hand to be a better support role for Naruto? Seems he is severely limiting himself

The whole artificial limb for jutsu seems very inconsistent in the manga.

Nagato never truly used artificial limb to perform another path ability or jutsu and Madara used Susanoo to perform his meteor jutsu but never used it for anything else.

The artificial limbs are a solid method Naruto used his one to form a rasengan as an example.

Nagato didn't use any other paths because he didn't really have a need for it. Madara showing the use of Susa for a jutsu shows it's possible. Madara never really had a need to use the paths or jutsu via Susa post the meteor. Anyway Sasuke can use 1 handed seals and one handed paths if necessary that includes CT.

But Sasuke may have rethought that thinking process, and could very well ask whether the offer is still available, if the moment ever comes that he needs it. Although I have doubt he will ever get it back, since he will think of how that will hurt Naruto as that's his leverage over him.
