1. Yes, i believe EMS Sasuke was still going to lose because he needed the rescue.
2. Your rectification implied that Madara needed that SE to handle Sasuke in the first place, and still haven't backed it up with anything that says so. So you already lied, saying you never said Madara having Hashirama's SE was never a factor.
3. If Sasuke could have made it significantly more difficult for Madara at that point while the latter had no eyes, he wouldn't have needed the chakra Hashirama gave him to disable that SE. It's literally the only reason why Madara had to bother himself with Sasuke for a 2nd time.
While the first point is me going out on a limb with an opinion, i at least made the effort to at least back it up with documented facts. You haven't countered with any that says that SE Madara had played any part in his dodging Sasuke's initial attempt at stabbing/cutting him. You just named something Madara happened to have on him that played no confirmed role in the incident in an effort to imply that it did and then shy away by pretending you didn't.

For you Madara didn't need sm to take Sasuke since it isn't a factor. In fact I can this use against the OP
"sm Madara..." and stated it was rinnegan Madara who took sasuke down since his sm is not a factor.( that's works for me) but I can't, because Madara was using sm at that time and
rinnegan. so I can't refute Madara wasn't using sm, that why's there is a rectification.
I was trying to state that sm Madara was using rinnegan not that he need sm when he took sasuke down
3. now you can get that I don't care about the fight itself. (in fact, if you disagrea with me you'll have to decide wheter or not sm was useless or need to fight Sasuke, in both case I win)
