First of byakugan sees flow of charkra, (since neji knows the level of sasuke i bet he wouldn't fight without his byakugan) Neji will see charkra gathering in his eye then get ready for and move like the amateratsu. with move like kaiten
sharingan is weak against tailjustu, beside Hyuga depends on bloodline limits

Sasuke should not win just from ur instinct but wat move he has for one to just conclude that he'll will. please the powers of sharingan has been shown but did any1 ever concidered y Neji's Byakugan is silverish instead of just white, besides tailjutsu beats sharingan, then bloodline tailjutsu trashes sharingan. so sasuke is left with MS; amaterasu, susano-o, and "formidable genjutsu" tsukiyomi

first there has to b an eye contact b4 tsukuyomi works, tsukuyomi which is a genjutsu(caused from alteration in a person's flow of chakra in d brain; somewat controlling the five senses) can b broken by stoping the chakra flow in d brain and then "restarting" it. Byuakugan users r definetely very good controllers of chakra, although Neji has not shown to have released himself from a genjutsu while he was still a genin(mayb bcos he was a novice in using byakugan(branch family)) but the elder from the Hyuga clanwasn't under any genjutsu wen Orochimaru attacked Konoha.

Sasuke is NOT on either sannin or kage level. Sasuke, after he lost the curse seal never fought without being healed or helped. i dont c y a kage would need help. Sasuke nearly died in his battle with Bee, he was healed thrice Karin twice and Jugo once. Sasuke did not stand a chance against 4th Riakage, neither with any Kage at the Summit. Kakashi still trashed him good. Sasuke is no way near sannin. Besides Danzo made a hole in susano-o with wind. Ameteratsu isnt instanct, and sasuke still gets hit even with sharingan. His tsukuyomi is inferior to Itachi's; said Danzo
MS Sasuke is kage level shinobi, Neji dont has any chance to win. In fact, Sasuke dont even has to use MS in this battle to win. Sasuke is faster and Sharingan can predicts movements, so Nejis Taijutsu is useless.

i was hoping nobody wil say sasuke is faster. Sasuke is not faster,neji and sasuke's speed are equal (9/10) and besides neji has higher hand speed than sasuke. Sasuke HAS NEVER WON A BATTLE WITH HIS MS WITHOUT BEING HELPED he is not near kage level, besides he won orochimaru becos he was weak and dieing. Sharingan predits movement but it is WEAK AGAINST TAILJUTSU.it is expert in nin and gen. Sasuke should never try to hand combat neji, he'll lose. Do not take the advantage that Sasuke has been shown more in anime than Neji has. besides Jyuken needs very few touches, it can severely injure vital organs. Nobody can say that a sharingan user hasn't been touched or hit in a battle by tailjutsu. some hits from Jyuken or 8 trigram mountain crusher(1 hit killing move) would cause SEVERE damage to Sasuke if it wouldn't kill him cos he has a reasonable physical strenght

He is on a level of strong Kage. If it wasnt becuase Gaara, he and A would die, or A would survive severly crippled. With skills he displayed, hes easily stronger than Mei or Tsunade.
Its the contrary, Sharingan is great against Taijutsu becuase it can predict movements. Sharingan is only useless against Taijutsu when opponent is riduculously fast, too fast for Sharingan user body to keep up.

Sasuke could only touch the Raikage once but either his (Raikage) last move would have left him crippled Sasuke would have died. i'm sorry not have a verified info on this due to the unfrequently shown shinobi, NEJI; BUT rating from the battle between neji vs neji, neji showed a brilliant speed in hand combat between himself
