Im opening a Case for Your thoughts on the matter.

I dont like his Arrogance, or how he treats those around him, but I do think he has the best looks in NV U_U

The problem with Sasuke is that no matter how much power Kishi gives him, he just comes out as a petulant whiny brat with emotional issues, there's nothing intimidating or menacing about him like Pein or Tobi, he's just annoying.
