This large bird created from Electricity, will flow before the opponent and create a powerful barrier of lightning around them. The beast will then gather up electricity and fire off a large concentrated blast of electrical energy down through the top of the barrier. If the blast does not hit the opponent, the force of the blast will flow outwards and send the opponent into the electrical barrier causing damage(Damage for being thrown inot he barrier= 15).

Descripton: Lightning that covers the user and spun around there body till its shape like a dragon of wind and lightning which doesnt need to hit the opponent directly to cause damage.If it misses a bolt can leap from it and strike the opponent on the users order.
and combines this jutsu with:
(Suiton:Mizu No Tatsumaki)-Water Style:Water Tornado

Descripton: A tornado of water that attcks opponent with considerable force and can be used on land aslong as theres a source of water near by.

they should make it since they are the same character they have to use exactly the same jutsu's(including custom's), and have a perfectly equal amount of chakra lol.

I'm reading through this and the first thing I notice is that not only did you use 4 jutsu's, but you divided your chakra by 3(each one now has 400) without factoring in your other jutsu's XD
and don't you find it kind of hard to see with your eyes closed XD(if your against ms, you look at their feet, otherwise your helpless)
