Why do people want him to have two rinnegan? The dojutsu combo he has now allows him to utilize both rinnegan and sharingan powers simultaneously, its more powerful than if he had two rinnegan. For instance he used susanoo and preta path simultaneously to achieve the ultimate susanoo. His dojutsu combo compliment each other in ways that two rinnegan or sharingan ever could. Imagine an Amenotijkara Perfect Susanoo blitz or Amaterasu Chibaku Tensei combo, a big blazing satellite is beyond hellish. Having two rinnegan or sharingan simply won't allow him to utilize these combos, his current visual prowess is far superior to any other form of dojutsu bar Tenseigan. He reached the pinnacle of dojutsu as an Uchiha, its sad so called uchiha fans don't even realize this.

Both Naruto and Sasuke's powers are the Rikudou powers: RSM and Rinnegan combined with their own power making them superior to the standard versions
