If Kabuto can somehow remove Amaterasu from his body, i belive he takes this. But does he even need to? He could dodge Susano'o arrow.

In my opinion i'd say that they're roughly equal for now...Depends on if Sasuke can maintain legged Susano'o without Kyuubi Cloak ^^

I don't know why you think that Sasuke will keep his PS active throughout the battle? PS takes chakra, so keeping PS active keeps Sasuke at disadvantage too, especially against speedy opponent who can outrun PS.Sasuke is enton genius and not PS specialist, enton isn't much of a problem for minato due to FTG.Sasuke will use PS mostly for defensive purpose which I think can be outrun using clone and creating diversion.

Sasuke need 0.00001 sec to summon Susano. Remember what Itachi did vs Sasuke. We even did't saw how he summon.
