Plus if Minato throws a kunai at Sasuke, while Sasuke dodging it, Minato will teleport at sasuke's location and finish him off.

rly ? because Sasuke kunai skill same as Itachi and he can throw other kunai to it.
And after first teleport Sasuke will know what Minato could do and its over. Sasuke smart boy.

Sasuke is typically underated/overhyped by people that love/hate him. There are very few people who have a objective opinion on sasuke. Alot of people don't like him because of his emo-esque characterization in part 1. Others because of wtf-logic kishi moments like Sasuke not having enough chakra to activate his sharingan/barely move and moments later goes on to summon manda ( a boss summon-naruto needed the kyubi chakra to summon gamabunta in Part 1) and control manda with his sharingan and then reverse summons himself inside manda. The most resent ( and my main dislike of the character) event was the sudden shift from Evil lets muder konoha babies to Hokage Sasuke. I know, that MS messes with your brain, but still his change in character was rediculous. Its like kishi had one road for sasuke planned out and midway changed his mind. Sasuke, the guy who didnot care about Jugo/suigestu and stabbed karin now wants to change konoha's infrastructure?? Seriously, Sasuke was even contemplating saving Naruto and Juugo when the biju bombs were going to fire- people just don't change like that- unless it is revealed that sasuke is acting this way as a facade in order to achieve his goals I doubt his character will ever gain my respect.-
-So there you have it, the people who underate Sasuke probably don't like his character or like other characters more and cannot remove their bias for objective comparison. Truthfully, it's sad that people still bash Sasuke considering that its obvious that EoS Sasuke is going to be stronger than VOTE Madara, just like Naruto is going to be stronger than VOTE Hashirama.
