Basically .. he's been crammed with more power than anyone we've ever seen. He HAD the curse seal, oro juice, healing abilities. And now he supposedly has Tsukuyomi, Susano, and other awsome genjutsu. So whether he learns to use them .. or they COME to him again .. like Amateratsu did when he was fighting KillerBee .. he may never learn to use them.

In chapter 397, on page 11, Madara tells Sasuke: 「最後…お前のために己の瞳力をお前の中へ注ぎ込んだのだ」 ("Saigo... Omae no tame ni onore no dōryoku wo omae no naka he sosogi konda no da"). Translated to English, this would become: "At last... For your sake he injected his own eye power inside you". He never says "all eye powers," which means it's still unknown whether or not Sasuke can actually use any of Itachi's other jutsu, besides Amaterasu.

also, the Amaterasu that Itachi implanted was a one time shot. it is indicated by Itachi's MS which looks like a 3 pronged Chinese star. If Itachi did indeed implant all MS techniques, they also would be one time shots. Sasuke would have to learn/realize through his own MS (indicated by the David Star shape) to use them again just as he did in the fight with Killer Bee.

First off sasuke wasn't trying to kill him. After his teammates got injured sasuke decided to actually use a technique. Amaterasu which had the 8 tailed beast burning like hell. took sasuke about 10 secs to subdue him. Killerbee got his ass beat. He barely escaped at the last second untraceably, Had sasuke been sent there to kill him. he would of used amaterasu from the beginning and burned him to death. Also sasuke DOES NOT have cursed seal anymore. DOES NOT have all of the mangekyous powers from itachi. HE can not be called overpowered in any sense, he just has alot of skill.

Only new power he has gotten is his personal new sharingan that we havent yet seen the powers to which is seen in a manga chapter i think its called the eagle sharingan or something.

those who say naruto has surpassed him are insane. Naruto has the STRONGEST tailed beast. He went the most powerful training possible. HE has more powers then sasuke, but he still isnt as fast as sasuke and doesnt even have the skill lvl sasuke has. not to mention sasuke can control the 9 tail. naruto is nothing without the kyuubi and sasuke could kill naruto instantly with kirin

thats just the thing sasuke doesnt expect anyone to be as strong as him so he would never do that he thinks he's an bsolute badass when all his enemies kill themselves, want him to win, or need life support and tylenol if he had taken bee seriuosly taka would not look so sloppy

and people say he lost twice because he had his chest busted the **** open twice by the same person in the same 24 hour period thats just not good no matter who u are

And if you recall back to fight between naruto and sasuke at the end of part 1, i don't recall sasuke's speed giving much advantage to him... it's looked like naruto was too fast for him even 1-tail form. And we don't know for sure if sasuke can actually control the kyuubi, maybe surpress it, but what if naruto wasnted to use it's power. And if that wouldn't work, naruto has sage mode, which is absolute kick-ass. whilst sasuke has the over-powered sharingan.

KILLERBEE sucks , he was rolled up burning to a crisp. And he didnt use a full replacement because some of his body was captured

, Sasuke DIDNT USE HIS SPEED AGAINST NARUTO, WATCH HIS FIGHT WITH GAARA THEN HIS FIGHT WITH NARUTO. he didnt even try to use his speed. sasuke DOESNT have the FULL mangekyou his eye only goes temp mangekyou to use amaterasu. since when did sage mode let u teleport. his sage mode is good for one thing repeated rasenshuriken use. sasuke would pwn naruto easily. naruto cant even use sage mode for long unless he goes to the frog mountain first. I agree, a complete dumbass. He shouda learned from his fight with a mere 1-tail naruto where sasuke was also having his ass handed back at him -My opinion, no need to object.

Damn, killer bee is sure powerful. Even witout his bijuu i'd go as far as saying he could be close to kage-level.
