If Naruto collect the remaining chakra and combine all tailbeast chakra to form Obuto Rikudo mode then it will useless.

Naruto is good at chakra manipulation and his only offensive jutsu is resengan variation/Bujama variation(which is a form of resengan).When Sasuke and others find out Obito rikudou mode capabilities or weaknesses then it will be easy for Sasuke to use his past experience to beat Naruto.
Sasuke on the other hand is very creative and have variation of jutsu to help him in any situation.Sasuke alway have tricks up his sleeve to make him have an upper hand.Naruto will need something more to fight Sasuke.Opps i forget about TNJ,which might give Naruto an upper hand

So Sasuke gets info on Obito (somehow not dying in the process) and with that and his experiences he will have an upper hand on Naruto? And Naruto's bijuu chakra will be useless? Why exactly...? Like you said he's good at chakra manipulation. You don't think Kishi can make that an asset?

I believe what he means is that, Sasuke will see Naruto battle Obito (Presumably with the Whole Bijuu chakra advantage) with all his power. This means Sasuke will have first hand intel on Naruto's final abilities. That in tandem with Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o and possible new EMS tech will allow Sasuke to beat Naruto. I understand what he's saying, but obviously the end product is... Naruto > Sasuke.
