I believe what he means is that, Sasuke will see Naruto battle Obito (Presumably with the Whole Bijuu chakra advantage) with all his power. This means Sasuke will have first hand intel on Naruto's final abilities. That in tandem with Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o and possible new EMS tech will allow Sasuke to beat Naruto. I understand what he's saying, but obviously the end product is... Naruto > Sasuke.

But that would work the other way around too, Naruto is seeing Sasuke fight as well so it goes both ways.

yep I guess in a way you have a point,sasuke will be more prepared when he fights naruto who knows maybe he may be willing to a infuse mukuton dna into himself to awaken rinnegan, so that he can face naruto squarely even in s06p mode. but that still wont be enough he still would need more power I guess.

A winning battle trend doesn't have anything to do with a battle so far in to the future. These "two wins" were early and late in Part 1. It is widely accepted that Naruto > Sasuke currently (Until Sasuke shows new EMS feats) so that should show you the growth of the characters.
