Naruto won't die though. He just takes the blow for Boruto but that doesn't mean that he can die because he has Kurama which has healing feats himself. Sasuke would be too selfish to do what Nagato did for the Leaf Village. Can't see Sasuke saving Naruto, most likely Naruto saves himself.

Firstly, although I don't believe Naruto to be dying, no one said Naruto is going to die at that very moment. The movie will progress way further than that scene. And it's pretty obvious he isn't going to die then (if he in case dies) because he has already been shown to be fighting in the dimension. And if Naruto dies, Sasuke WILL revive him with his Rinnegan even if it takes his own life. You don't understand Sasuke.

but if that happens, naruto dying in the first place would only mean nothing. i mean, one minute officially dead, next minute back alive.

anyway, sasuke exchanging his life wouldnt mean a lot to the normal fans. it would just be plain thing. nothing strikes the feels of normal fans who love the series.

main char dying, is something else. people would get dem feels.

He jumps in to save Boruto and Sasuke from the jutsu that transports them into the other dimension. From the trailer it looks like he tried to hold it off but it eventually took him and only him leaving Boruto a farewell.

Firstly, how do you know Sasuke was slow to act and needed protection from Naruto? And why would Sasuke be slower than Naruto anyway? It's obvious Sasuke was in the midst of protecting Boruto after which Momoshiki presumably launched another attack in which Naruto jumped in to save them. We've already seen Sasuke protecting Boruto in the trailer completely.
