is that he is the only one that came from a clan

with ancestors str8 from the s06p himself


so he doesnt need a "mode"

he doesnt need a tailed beast to be relevant

but that clan needed a magical eyes that gives them instant power-ups(through the power of hatred,yeah genuises my ass) to be relevant.seriously uchihas without MS are not that great.
