sakura,tsunade and orochimaru doesn't really have SM.oro was an imperfect sage so he created a watered down version of Sm which is cursed seal.
also highly doubt he can achieve SM,since it requires massive amount of chakra(kabuto needed oro+karin+suigutsu+sound4 chakra to be able to achieve his SM)

so he doesnt need a "mode"
