The only thing standing between Sasuke and a Perfect Susanoo is the stabilisation of his EMS Susanoo's chakra.
Sasuke is a genius who mastered Nature and shape manipulation on his own. He will most certainly settle the chakra on his Susanoo. There shouldn't be any doubts about that. And I've had a hunch since the first time I saw his EMS Susnaoo, that his PS will sprout wings just like is Cursed Seal state.

Are you kidding me? Please don't liken me with your Minato fanboy ass......this is more than a certainty. The final jutsu of the EMS is the PS, that was the jutsu performed by Madara's Susanoo to achieve a stable and solid state. It is obvious Sasuke will do the same.

only madara has ps and it will stay that way. all the sasuke fanboys want him 2 have madara techniques but he wont get it jus like madara never got itachi's form of susanoo which in my opinion is the best one anyway. but i dnt think ps would beat bm naruto cuz if it could madara would hav been summoned it by now the nine tails matches the str of all the tailed beast combined save the 8 tails i dnt think ps power is that strong unless madara is using it i mean it took 20 ninjas 2 use water jutsu on one of his fireballs he is on a different lvl than sasuke so idk y ppl think sasukes susanoo would even match madara's even if he did reach perfect form

It is pretty clear to see why people think Sasuke will fly..... He has an affinity with Hawks, his curse mark form could fly and he still needs an upgrade to be able to take on Naruto.
However to say that this is more than speculation reminds me of all the people who were "positive" that Obito was not Tobi.... Just because something has been foreshadowed it could still be changed or just put there to lead you into thinking that way.

It is not that hard of a concept to grasp.Really its not.
Suusano in its beginning stages are ethereal and its final state it STABILIZES.
Manifesting a complete psychical presence.It eliminates the opening under the users feet and due to its monolithic size,and armor would assume its power and defensive capabilities have reached its peak.The suusano is the users guardian deity.In its perfect form it resembles a fully equipped warrior.Hence it being "PERFECT"
Whether he gets it or not is a different story thought it is obvious that he will.

Orochimaru had no goddamn clue, he'd never even seen it. Sasuke did it on his own. Btw, thats not why I think he'll acheive PS you generalising moron. He's already on Naruto's level with his EMS Susanoo which can wield Amaterasu in 3 different forms. PS for him is inevitable. It is a type of chakra manipulation, and Sasuke of all people will be able to do it.

He started his nature transformation on his own (example; his katon ninjustu which his fathere acknowledged him for)and was expanded on by kakashi when he taught him raiton and the chidori and mastered under oro who helped him perfect nature transformation and taught him nature manipulation (Example;Chidori current)
