If Madara chakra levels make such a massive difference to Susanoo, how come Sasuke can make a complete Susanoo that rivals the bijuu? Sasuke was holding back his Susanoo to infuse with Kurama.

And because he doesn't want to show "the enemy" his full extent, its stupid. He actually mentioned that when Naruto came inside the ice mirrors vs Haku.

If he is holding back...he is a moron....he has come dangerously close to dying more than once in the war already...naruto and the hokages have saved him more than once....If he is not holding back, then he is a disappointment...the way is see it...he is not holding back, but he hasn't reached his potential yet as orochimaru said....i believe orochimaru will give hashirama's chakra and somehow speed up the process of the ems evolving into a rinnegan...he will also absorb juugo's senjutsu chakra and then fight naruto again at the valley of the end...
