If he is holding back...he is a moron....he has come dangerously close to dying more than once in the war already...naruto and the hokages have saved him more than once....If he is not holding back, then he is a disappointment...the way is see it...he is not holding back, but he hasn't reached his potential yet as orochimaru said....i believe orochimaru will give hashirama's chakra and somehow speed up the process of the ems evolving into a rinnegan...he will also absorb juugo's senjutsu chakra and then fight naruto again at the valley of the end...

Sasuke saves Naruto, Naruto saves Sasuke, Minato saves both, Hiruzen saves naruto all the same and if he is holding back he is slowly showing his full powers every chapter
