What assumption am I making? That obito could take out danzo if he was fighting him then? That a fresh naruto could take out a tired sasuke? Or whether sasuke was 100% or not. If he was not 100% then he was fatigued.

When someone says they're not 100% they say I'm feeling unwell or I'm tired or I'm not feeling myself today. Whatever situation they are still fatigued. It doesn't have to be physically they can be mentally stressed which still equates to mental fatigue.

So I'm saying if sasuke wasn't 100% (feeling confident and healthy) then he was fatigued

With that said hardly any sufficient amount of time passed from fight to fight

Karin does restore stamina and Chakra. Sasuke was passed out cold after Onoki's Jinton. And you think that Sasuke, who had just passed out from exhaustion, went up against Danzō in that state? What were Sasuke's injuries anyway? Nothing too terribly serious. Perhaps Sasuke wasn't at 100%, but his Chakra and stamina were definitely full.

You seem to be missing the contextual point, in this case by that logic, we can infer that Itachi was weary in P1 against Kakashi, Gai and Kurenai, because he had (the already obvious eye strain that comes with abusing the use of MS) eye strain from Sussano and Amateratsu. I'm not about to debate about this, but I think this thread ends any speculation you have

This scan proves that one needs prolonged healing and rest after a fight/battle to be at 100% or so.

This one shows that sasuke was having additional damage from susanoo with effects similar to inner gates.

Engaging danzo few hours or less after summit doesnt put one at 100% or 90%, you simply have no proof of karin's recovery limits.

There's only so much healing can do(unless you are an absolute chakra tank like naruto or kisame). I still don't think sasuke was at a 100% It's like repairing a car after getting in a car accident-the car still won't feel "right" straight after.

you can also say itachi was weary against sasuke coz he was coughing out blood plus eye strain. By the end of this he was near blind. Same with sasuke he was near blind during the spar with Kakashi due to the exertion of his eyes from the previous kage battle and danzo battle.

You've missed the extreme part, like I said, if you cannot grasp the contextual and artistic aspect of Sasuke's state during the Danzo fight, as opposed to his fight with Kakashi, then I really see no reason to debate on the matter

Passing out due to pain or exhaustion an hour or two wroth of rest won't restore electrolytes or rid you of soreness you often wake up drowsy/suffering from the after effects

Blunt force truma pain in each cell of his body acid burn eye strain all occurred in the fight with the kages

Sasuke merely has great chakra control and impressive resolve and karin to stop from bleeding out

no neither was at max because the time frame in which the battles took place
