We've already seen enough to be sure, that Jiraiya and Tsunade will loose. His Susanoo is enough to destroy them, let alone his other abilities.

I feel like Kabuto Dragon Sage Mode isn't perfect and because he really didn't work for it, It wont be as powerful as Naruto's own. Once Kabuto and Itachi is dead Sasuke will try to learn the perfect Dragon Sage before he fights Naruto
