He is much smarter but doesnt mean he can get past Susano if Sasuke decides to use it (which he probably will have to resort to) PLUS+ Jman's Sage mode cant be faster then the Raikage's Lightning Armour mode he will be touched by it.. unless jman uses that toad mouth thing (like he did when Itachi and Kisame found naruto in the hotel in the First Series)
Also Jman wasnt fast enough to dodge alot of Pains hits and Sasuke is much faster than Pain is

When I look at their feats in strategy I dont really see how Jiraiya is smarter than Sasuke.
