No sharingan = No Chidori Variants. It would be competitive, but Uchiha has this one in the bag. Sai has yet to show ninjutsu prowess not involving ink.

Yes that's a good jutsu sai has, but it takes time to perform. He doesn't just draw it in 2 seconds, he needs to be protected and in a 1v1 fight he's not going to have the opportunity for that jutsu.

Thats becasue he has had the sharingan since he was a genin. he was still one of the Ninja Academys top students (that was before he awakened his sharingan)

i edited the post. it is sasuke as he is now still with fire and lighting styles just fighting this fight with a handicap.(not being able to activate his sharingan) and yes i would imagine if he was not able to use sharingan he would have more chakra to use on other justu.

I cant really decide. Sasuke has been using his sharingan to use/make most of his moves. So taking that away would mean he only has the moves which were available to him in Naruto when he had no sharingan. Kirin is out of the picture aswell because he needs amaterasu and fireball tech's while in curse mode to heat up the atmosphere enough to form rain clouds. Making the requirements necessary to use kirin with fireball tech's in base mode is impossible even if sasuke spammed fireball from the start which he wont and is very very highly unlikely. He doesn't have the chakara reserves to do so.

i think he would win becasue he was the foundations top student, able to subdue kabuto fairly easy, has great taijustu and fūinjutsu and i think his art justu is powerful and he knows it weakness so would have plans in place becasue of that.
