You seem to forget that Kakashi only taught Sasuke the chidori, not Raikari, and without his sharingan he can't use any of his chidori based jutsu because of the tunnel vision.

Sasuke would also be at an extreme disadvantage without his sharingan, because he never fought without it on, therefor he relies on it to much, without his bloodline he would only be a slightly better than average ninja, and Sai as every seems to forget was an anbu operative.

He also said current Sasuke, current Sasuke doesn't have the curse mark you dunce.

It would be around an even fight, with Sasuke winning because of his summons and larger chakra capacity.

i think sai would win but have alot of trouble

But without sharingan he wouldnt be able to do chidori, remember what minato said to Kakashi before he got the sharingan, he said its pretty much useless and an incomplete Jutsu without sharingan, but I guess be would still have other lightning techniques

without the sharingan sasuke would have no genjutsu and would not be able to read sais movement so his powerfull attacks would not mean much if he cant his sai. sai just has to use his fuinjutsu and trap sasuke.

The only time sasuke used kirin was against itachi...the atmosphere was right due to them both using fire techs and itachis amaterasu...its not that simple for him to set that move up
