I meant that in the sense that once Sasuke is low on chakra he won't be able to use his Sharingan whereas Itachi will still be able to due to superior stamina.

Sasuke used much more ninjutsu in his fight than Itachi did and Itachi's stamina is still significantly lower being a 2.5. Kimimaro still has a 4.5 in stamina despite being deathly ill.

itachi:

-Shadow clones
-crow bushin
-Fireball
-Genjutsu
-tsukuyomi
-amaterasu
-amaterasu
-extinguish amaterasu
-susan'o v2 then v3 then v1
-transfering rest of chakra and amaterasu into sasuke

Sasuke:
-chidori lance(though i believe all of these were used in a genjutsu)
-fireball
-fire dragon
-body replacement
-genjutsu
-kirin(uses same chakra as a chidori)

sasuke used about 6 jutsu while itachi used about 10. Sasuke's most taxing jutsu's were body replacement and probably fire dragon while itachi's most taxing jutsu's were tsukuyomi, amaterasu, susano'o, transfering chakra(not a jutsu but takes chakra)

Sasuke is fast and all but Itachi was pushing back KCM Naruto which is more impressive than Sasuke's speed/taijutsu feats
