I'm arguing for sasuke

Ill give you speed but idk about reflexes. Sasuke's taijutsu has improved now being able to go toe to toe with kakashi almost blind. Sasuke's lightning nature transformation helps against itachi's water style, and we know who has stronger fire

Itachi is superior in genjutsu, but it won't means much against another sharingan, when Sasuke is superior to him in ninjutsu and has better partners(Snake summons are more powerful and useful in fight than crows). His katon are also more powerful than Itachi and he still has kirin. Other categorys won't play much because they are almost even there. So Sasuke would win because of his superiority in skillset(ninjutsu, summoning)

sasuke was able to resist a tsukiyomi,and also counter several genjutsus from itachi,which means genjutsu is not a factor here.
In taijutsu itachi is stronger,but sasuke knows that,and as such will quickly move to ninjutsu.
In ninjutsus sasuke outclasses itachi,his chidori and iyt's variants are deadly,he also has a sword which he can infuse with his lightening.
If itachi tries to get close for cqc,chidori,or chidori nagasho would push him back.
Sasuke can also summon aoda,which will tank everything a 3t itachi has to offer and they can kill him.

aoda can be mind controlled. It's very unlikely that sasuke is breaking itachi's genjutsu control over aoda, he'd have to have better genjutsu than him to overpower itachi's geenjutsu control over aoda and control aoda instead.

Sasuke at 3T level has far superior Kenjutsu, has an edge in Shuriken-Jutsu with his wind-will fuma-Shuriken Techniques, has better and stronger Katon attacks and six Raiton Variants, so his Ninjutsu is arguably much better. At speed, both of them would be neck to neck now. Itachi or Sasuke's Genjutsu will not work on one and other. All factors considered, Sasuke wins Mid-difference.

Prime Itachi is a science fiction character.

However, he:

1. Is faster.

2. Has better Taijutsu as per Databook - 4.5, compared to Sasuke's 3.5

3. Actually has better stamina! You heard it right! Even sick Itachi has better stamina than Sasuke. Sasuke went out of chakra faster than Itachi did, but if you think about it Itachi used a lot of Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi -and- V2 Susanoo ( which was destroyed by Kirin ) + V4 Susanoo ( which made Sasuke go blind the second he used it ).

Prime Itachi would have much more stamina than Sasuke.

I have to go with Sasuke. The meat of Itachi's base arsenal is his genjutsu which would wreck high level opponents. Unfortunately it won't work on Sasuke. Itachi has better taijutsu, speed, and reflexes, but the fight will come down to ninjutsu not taijutsu, and he doesn't outclass Sasuke enough in that area to make much of a difference anyway. Plus Chidori Nagashi pretty much guarantees Sasuke the edge in that case. Their skills in weapons are equal so there's that. Itachi's base ninjutsu arsenal pales in comparison to Sasuke's. The only edge he has is his clones and clone related skills. I don't think that is really enough to overwhelm Sasuke. Then there is that Aoda, which Itachi straight up can't handle except by controlling, and I don't see Itachi doing that with Sasuke there. All he'd have to do is look into Aoda's eyes to break Itachi's genjutsu if that happened, just like when Itachi and Sasuke looked into each others eyes to break Kabuto's genjutsu.

The fact that Sasuke went out before Itachi - even though he was near blind and was spamming MS techniques - only goes to show Itachi has better chakra control and even in his sick mode could better manage his chakra. A prime, healthy Itachi would leave Sasuke in the dust chakra wise.
