Those stats are for Base Sasuke. Not Sasuke w/ any type of Sharingan. So throwing up stats and then saying your favorite wins without actually putting thought into what you're saying doesn't help. In fact I know you went to stats because actually looking at the feats tells you that Neji is inferior.

-Sasuke copied Lee's movement speed during CE. Vote Sasuke>>CE Sasuke. Weightless Lee at that time is faster than Neji.

By data book stats, feats and hype my opinion is that he beats Sasuke and Lee beats Naruto.

To me, Naruto and Sasuke weren't impressive until the last arc. Maybe Naruto when he fought shukaku. But other than that they relied on asspulls and people going easy on them.

Naruto got stronger from kurama and Sasuke got curse marks and unlocked advanced precog because he was emotional.

Neji could keep up with Lee's speed, and since Sasuke copied it, no reason to believe Neji can't keep up with Sasuke, especially when Neji further increased his reflexes/speed by the SRA.

Not gate, w/o weights on. When Lee removed the weights, Neji didn't even get phased by his speed, meaning he's aware Lee can do this, and considering how badly Lee wanted to beat Neji, it's unlikely he never at least attempted to fight him w/o the weights once, considering he was willing to go so far as to use the body-destroying 5th Gate to defeat him. Plus, Neji was able to keep up with KN0 Naruto so there's no reason to believe he can't do so with Weightless Lee. Not to mention the DB scores of their speed.

That, and Lee's IT dream pretty much implies he never surpassed Neji anyways.

U are basically saying that ur not sure how Neji could keep up with Weightless Lee's speed. Let me try to explian it in a simple way using 4 scans.

-Lee w/weights says to Sasuke that his Sharingan is useless without the body speed needed to take action.

wtf sasuke wins. His taijutsu output may not be Neji's level by a large margin but his ninjutsu skill is way above Neji by a lot.
I mean Neji lost to Naruto with a little kyubi chakra handout which helped him increase his stamina powers.

Sasuke went up against one tailed demon form gaara, something Neji wouldn't be able to compete against or damage that severely.

Lmao, the Taijutsu feats that Neji shown in the Manga >>>>>> anything base Sasuke has shown. and it was illustrated many times in the manga that Neji is not the type you want to miss with in CQC. and whether you like it or not, the DB counts, and base Vote Sasuke has 2.5 in Taijutsu, while SRA Neji has 4.5 . Lmao not even comparable :lol. adding the fact that Neji uses Jyuken which is able to cause a fatal damage with the slightest touch. Lmao that is just an overkill




and about speed feats.., the dude was able to run 50m with two holes on his body and while being fatally injured, and despite all that, he managed to struck the chakra point (which is the size of tip of a needle) of his enemy in mid air before he even managed to hit the ground. tell me did part 1 base Sasuke showed more impressive feats in speed and reflex ?

and according to DB, SRA Neji's speed > base Vote Sasuke speed

-again.. so what ? , Lee's trump card against Neji was the 8 gates (something that Sasuke can't use), Lee's movements alone ain't doing shit for Neji, and Lmao, these are feats from CE exam Sasuke, they are nothing against SRA Neji :lol

-don't forget that he had the curse mark, which increased his physical abilities. and that handout is restricted here. and the Sharingan isn't helping if you are outclassed in Taijutsu and speed, ask Sasuke and Lee about it :lol
