Okay, saying Sasuke lowdiffs is an exaggeration, but he can still pull it off. He was so fast Gaara's sand wasn't able to keep up with him. There is absolutely nothing Neji can do against a chidori to the heart blitz.

I've no idea why you got a dislike for this comment... Gentle Fist aimed at the chakra points in Sasuke's arm/wrist cuts off Chidori's production, and seeing as Neji is faster than Sasuke at that point in time, coupled with the fact at being better in Taijutsu...

Why wouldn't Neji be able to react to Gaara's defense, when it was said Neji was stronger than 6th Gate Lee? Or was it that Lee needed 6th Gate to beat Neji? Either way it shows Neji superior to at least five gated Lee, which > Gaara's sand defense at the time.

Stronger =/= faster.
Neji had no idea Lee has access to the 5th gate, I'm pretty sure Lee said he wanted to use it against him in the finals.
