firstly, i think that sasuke would win if naruto won't use the kyubi as his weapon. Well he just need it since sasuke has sharingan. But actually hard to predict who will win. Both have skills, tactics and tricks up their sleeve so we don't know..

also another factor that might affect their battle (if they will battle) is their emotions. I observed that sasuke no longer cares for naruto so he might just go for the kill but naruto still somewhat cares for sasuke (a little for now since he seemed to already made the decision to battle sasuke head on) so he might not aim to kill sasuke fully. But still they are on par with each other..
