It makes sense that PS would be one of his Rinnegan power ups. If he and Noodles are so equal, Sauce wouldn't have just his body flicker type technique where as Noodles have TSB, numerous elements, KKG, flying ability, and jesus healing. I think Sauce got the body flicker type technique, winged PS, and possibly immune to ever genjutsu that existed since IT didn't affect him. I could be wrong hey, but thats just what I believe.

No it doesn't. Susanoo is an MS technique. Why would the highest level of Susanoo come only when you have the Rinnegan? Why would you need the Senju's power to awaken the Rinnegan, and to awaken PS when Indra is the first user of PS, and he didn't have a Rinnegan, he had a Sharingan. Madara used Perfect Susanoo, with a Sharingan, not a Rinnegan. And equality isn't established by the amount of jutsu, its established by the strength of those jutsu. Most of the new jutsu he got won't even scratch Susanoo.

Sasuke armored Perfect Susanoo onto Kurama, in the manga. So this isn't even debatable.

Now you're twisting my words. I said why would he need Rinnegan to reach the highest level of Susanoo? I never said that Perfect Susanoo can't be improved nor did I say its at its full power the moment you get it, which it obviously can do considering its made of nothing but the user's chakra. Sasuke obtained half of Hagoromo's power, all of his Yin Chakra. So naturally Susanoo is going to get a buff. The Rinnegan itself has little to nothing to do with it.
