Sasuke vs Minato

Looking from other views and choosing from that, I would say Sasuke. Saying that Minato has Space/time Justu or Rasengan can't win a battle alone. Proof of countering both Jutsu are seen through Sasuke's previous battles with strong and fast opponent's.

I think it comes down to who runs out of chakra first, Susano'o drains chakra much faster than Minato's FTG and, quite frankly, he doesn't need it against Sasuke. DUE to the simple fact that Sasuke did not appear at all faster than the Raikage, and Minato's foot speed and reaction time was faster than A's. Sasuke also feels pain while he maintains Susano'o. So I don't see Minato using FTG until he needs it. If Tobi didn't hurt Minato, I can't see Sasuke doing it at this point, EMS or not. Of course, he will definitely surpass Minato in the long run.

well sasuke is going to have a match against someone possibly faster than minato... so he must have something to do against speed. you make it sound like speed is his worst enemy, the battle against naruto is supposed to be even :| ,

Yeah but minato's speed is way different from anyone else also if sasuke tries to use sussano arrows then minato can spam barriers.

i don't think he'll be able to use barrier tech on the arrows, they come out way too fast, he can probaly ftg away, he could have used that abrrier tech because tailed beast bomb has a ratherr longgg prep time, you raise your head up, make the giant black ball, then shoot it

Just a rational thinker. If Minato is involved, automatically it makes him a victor. As far as we know it, the only skills he has are instantaneous speeds and Rasengan (quite formidable for his time). Nonetheless, it is irrational to believe this is enough to take on Susano'o when in fact this same battle scenario has already occured. Are you implying the Raikage would have won? That is irrational thinking. Increasing the speed doesn't equate to increasing the effectiveness.
EDIT: Also, thank you Owarij and Kichiro Fujimoto for pointing out the obvious. The arrows are said to be almost instantaneous.

His incomplete a rank part 1 rasengans DO not have the power to break susanno, and definitely cannot be compared to the raikage's liger bomb etc, susanno can tank moves like kirin and rasenshruken... rasengan won't scratch it

We know next to nothing of Sasuke's ems. Plus Sasuke let's his emotions get the best of him in battle while Minato is calm and analyzes all of his opponents moves. My answer right now is Minato, but that could change when we see Sasuke fight.

Minato's reflexes are above or equal to the raikages. I thought Shi made that clear when Sasuke was fighting the raikage when he said that when the raikage uses his raiton armor that his reflexes are on par with the yellow flash.

In theory he is faster. However, in practice, Raikage has more speed in his body. The Fourth only has incredible teleportation skills, which have no effect on how fast he can wield a jutsu, weapon, etc.

Yes and that is true. As i said its due to ftg. If he wasnt using ftg and just his foot speed, he is no where near as fast as the 4th raikage and that was what i was trying to tell the dude i quoted
