Madara would win. I believe sasuke doesnt have the experience or the power to defeat madara at the moment. Sasuke also tends to lose his cool and let his hatred take over.

Madara would mop the floor with Sasuke. Even though Sasuke has EMS, Madara still has the experience. Plus he has both the Rinnegan and EMS

I can't believe i'm saying this, but, Madara. if he's alone, against madara, both at their current, known powers (assuming madara has EMS), madara wins (but it'll go differently in the manga). Madara will start by countering every EMS move sasuke uses with his own, and finish with rinnegan pwnage; they won't even get near each other.
